The International Field Archery Association (IFAA) is an archery association that was formally founded in 1970 when a group of field archers from Scotland, England, Wales, USA, Sweden and Canada agreed on a set of basic rules by which Field Archery tournaments would be run. They now represent over 50000 field archers and have more than 45 member countries from all continents.
